Your RoleThis is an opportunity to create immediate impact with an existing highly significant client portfolio, whilst continuing to grow your own client list.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse client base from small businesses to multinationals, handling complex accounting and taxation needs, and leveraging your client relationship skills to nurture existing relationships and expand new business opportunities.
- Create immediate impact with the existing client portfolio

- Handle complex accounting and taxation needs for business clients
- Leverage your client relationship skills to nurture existing relationships
- Coach, develop, and review the work of junior accounting staff
- Work with the latest technology, structured systems and processes
A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflects the senior level of this role.
About You- Experience: A minimum of 5 years business services experience, having frequently reviewed the work of junior staff
- Client-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage key client relationships in an Australian public practice firm
- Systems Savvy: Xero experience is essential, ideally having also worked with XPM Practice Management Software
- Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified
