About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team at Recruit Shop, where you will play a vital role in driving sales strategy and customer management processes for our innovative global AgTech company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day prospecting and engaging with customers across Victoria and Southern NSW
  • Develop and implement effective sales systems to maximise customer conversions
  • Prepare and monitor customer sales action plans
  • Foster valued and trusted relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Present regular reports to the CEO/Sales Manager on sales performance
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in dynamic sales and key account management roles
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, particularly in South Australia
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and outcomes in AgTech solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • A current Driver's License
