About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team at Recruit Shop, where you will play a vital role in driving sales strategy and customer management processes for our innovative global AgTech company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day prospecting and engaging with customers across Victoria and Southern NSW
- Develop and implement effective sales systems to maximise customer conversions
- Prepare and monitor customer sales action plans
- Foster valued and trusted relationships with existing and potential customers
- Present regular reports to the CEO/Sales Manager on sales performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in dynamic sales and key account management roles
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, particularly in South Australia
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and outcomes in AgTech solutions
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- A current Driver's License
