About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Account Manager to play a vital role in all sales strategy and customer management processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day prospecting and engaging with customers, following a structured sales system to maximise customer conversions, and developing valued and trusted relationships with both existing and potential customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing day-to-day prospecting and engaging with customers
  • Following a structured sales system to maximise customer conversions
  • Preparing and monitoring Customer Sales Measurable Action Plans
  • Developing valued and trusted relationships with both existing and potential customers
  • Presenting weekly/monthly reports to the CEO/Sales Manager
  • Managing the Victorian and Southern NSW regions
  • Visiting and meeting with customers in specified territories

About You

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales and key account management role, strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, particularly around South Australia, and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and outcomes, preferably in AgTech solutions. You will also have excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to developing and maintaining customer relationships and a willingness to travel within the specified regions.

Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per annum + Super + Comms | Negotiable Based on Experience
