About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer portfolio.

You will manage an assigned workload of customers, qualifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities. You'll have full accountability for driving high volume, fast velocity revenue growth by implementing best-in-class sales methodologies and pipeline management processes.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will meet or exceed sales quotas, optimise your sales conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time while helping Enterprise accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively plan, forecast, and manage pipeline, ensuring that gap and upside plans are in place
  • Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need, through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant buyers
  • Leverage business development skills to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
