Role Overview

As a key member of the REO Group team, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO. This role involves coordinating calendars, organizing meetings, and managing complex diaries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CFO, including drafting reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate business operations, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage documents, and implement efficient filing systems.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and strong attention to detail. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant software applications. With at least 3-5 years of experience in executive administration, they will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
