Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Capability Development Manager to drive capability development and maximize workforce performance through innovative learning and development solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, functional teams, subject matter experts, and employees to support Banker Professional Development, CPD, and Accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Capability Development: Lead capability development initiatives, ensuring quality outcomes and driving business results.
  • Performance Consulting: Conduct performance consulting, including assessment and analysis, measurement, and evaluation to drive business outcomes.
  • Product Ownership: Own and manage capability initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and impact.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and best practice in learning and development, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Capability Solution Development: Develop and implement capability solutions, ensuring effective embedment and impact.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the problem, opportunity, or challenge, and analyze learning data to iteratively improve learning experiences and impact.
  • Project Management: Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging trends in learning and development, ensuring expertise and relevance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting, designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, adult education, learning, psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organization skills, with proficiency in learning and development methodologies, tools, assessments, principles, practices, instructional design, and product management practices.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of emerging technologies, design thinking methodologies, user research techniques, and data analysis.
