About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capability Development Lead to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving capability development and maximizing workforce performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive capability development and performance optimization.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, functional teams, and employees to understand performance needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing to foster continuous learning and improvement.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Partner with stakeholders to confirm success measures and deliver design solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage relationships with internal resources and external partners to develop and source best-in-class learning.
