About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capability Development Manager to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving capability development and maximizing workforce performance by acting as the product owner for capability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive capability development and performance optimization.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, functional teams, and employees to understand capability and performance needs.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions to address capability and performance gaps.
  • Partner with stakeholders to confirm success measures and deliver design solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage relationships with internal designers and external partners to develop and source best-in-class learning.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing to foster continuous learning and improvement.

  • Learning or Education qualifications are desirable but not essential.
