About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Capability Development Lead to join our team at the Westpac Group.

As a Capability Development Lead, you will play a key part in leading excellence in learning design. You will partner with business stakeholders to define high-level strategies and work with designers to develop their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate capability needs into a learning solution strategy and plan
  • Partner with stakeholders and Senior Capability Manager to confirm success measures for each learning initiative
  • Drive the development and implementation of key learning initiatives across the division
  • Manage relationships and lead design resources and external partners to develop and source 'best-in-class' learning
  • Deliver learning solutions that meet design standards and build skills or change behaviour through practice and application
  • Lead and integrate the enterprise future-focused capabilities into the learner experience
  • Advocate a culture of learning and foster a culture of continuous improvement

About you:
You will need to have extensive experience in capability management, demonstrated strategy development and execution experience, deep learning and development expertise, project management skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate. Data and analytics knowledge is advantageous.
