We are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team in Central Australia.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to other clinical staff within their scope of practice. The role is largely clinical with responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of the clinical flow at the Gap Clinic.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal Community members. As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the clinical team and contributing to the high-quality delivery of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to other clinical staff within your scope of practice
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the clinical team
  • Ensure the effective operation of the clinical service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Salary Package

The remuneration package includes a base salary of $115,459 – $123,981 (p.a.) and a total effective package of $140,205 - $151,519 (p.a.).*
