Take your sales career to the next level with Lion, a leading beverages organisation at the heart of good times.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Vanguard Luxury Brands team, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International spirits market. This includes iconic brands such as Four Roses Bourbon, The Gospel Whiskey and the iconic Four Pillars Gin range. The successful candidate will service the Melbourne's southeastern suburbs and Braeside and surrounds.
This is a permanent position and an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career and gain experience within a supportive and inclusive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution, with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers' hands
- Travel to our customers' sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
- Be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point brand execution
- Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
- Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.
Requirements:
- A customer and consumer-obsessed individual, motivated to build strong customer partnerships
- Sales experience in the alcoholic beverages industry (spirits experience would be an advantage) – motivated by sales and driven for results
- A proactive attitude and the courage to pursue new business opportunities. Comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with enthusiasm
- Accountability: keeping promises and delivering on commitments
- A full, clean driver's licence, as well as the ability to work in Australia for at least the next 12 months.
