About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to join our team at our Melbourne location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retailer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our shopping center's performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the shopping center's operations
- Manage debtors and ensure timely payment from retailers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions
What We Offer
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or retail operations role, preferably in a similar context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
