About the Role
This highly autonomous Territory Sales Manager position within our Pryde's team is responsible for driving sales, building strong, sustainable relationships, and creating new business opportunities to grow our market share in the equine leisure-user segment.
The territory sales manager will focus on leveraging various sales drivers to expand our market share within Ag Retail & Leisure-Users, a highly competitive and challenging market. With a focus on field visits, the role will concentrate on influencing key decision-makers, including end-users, and driving sales growth.
About You
You will be an ambitious and resourceful individual with a positive attitude, skilled in thinking outside the box to overcome challenges and capitalise on market opportunities. You possess a methodical approach to sales, planning, and managing a detailed field sales cadence, including call cycle planning, setting clear objectives for each store visit, and documenting and measuring call cycle visits.
A demonstrated interest in horses and equine nutrition would be a valuable asset.
You will bring:
- Experience in field sales and/or territory sales management, preferably within the ag-retail space
- Experience in identifying and implementing in-store activities that drive sales impact
- Skills in building mutually beneficial relationships with customers and end-users
- Ability to use data to track and analyse performance, ensuring a clear understanding of territory performance, sales trends, and the right levers to pull to grow sales in your territory
