Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our orthopedic sales team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and planning within the defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure annual product portfolio sales targets are achieved in assigned territory by improving sales of Smith & Nephew orthopaedic products and brands through regular contact with the target customer base.
- Manage assigned sales territory ensuring all company policies and protocols are followed with particular focus on the safety and compliance elements.
- Influence, mentor, and support clinical support members in providing outstanding case support and training.
- Ensure appropriate levels of profitability through correct usage of company assets, pricing, and product mix in territory.
- Tertiary qualifications in science or business-related discipline.
- Experience in Orthopaedic Medical Device Technology.
- Extensive Orthopaedic Joint replacement product understanding including ability to plan and execute complex primary and revision surgery.
- An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
