Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at IBIS. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, handle room assignments, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as CPR and First Aid, may be required.
