Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and front desk team
* Coordinate and manage patient bookings and consultant appointments
* Maintain patient database and ensure the flow of patient records/reports to and from respective parties are coordinated in a timely manner
* Perform reception duties and handle enquiries over the phone, as well as receiving customers/patients/suppliers
* Prepare PDX devices for collection by patients that have been booked for sleep studies
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years work experience in any field
* Good time management skills, ability to prioritize work and tasks on hand in a timely manner
* Computer literate and well-versed in using Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage patients and customers in conversations, possess good telephone etiquette
* Ability to carry out directives efficiently and effectively
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
