We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries, and ensuring their overall experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Conduct room inspections to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist with managing the property-specific areas process, including responding to resident queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months).
  • SA Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain).
  • Valid Certificate - Property Management Registration (or be willing to obtain).
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
