About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries, and ensuring their overall experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to exceed resident expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Perform all duties associated with the operation of the front desk, including customer service, incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Resident Support: Respond to resident queries related to their student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
  • Room Inspections: Conduct room inspections starting from pre to post occupancy to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Property Management: Assist with managing the property-specific areas process, including monitoring and reporting concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Certifications: National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months), SA Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain), Valid Certificate - Property Management Registration (or be willing to obtain), and Valid Driver's Licence.
