This role is all about providing genuine hospitality and thoughtful services to create a positive impression of our company. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping the first interaction between our team, clients, and their guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a sense of hospitality and create a welcoming environment at work
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace
  • Manage visitor and temporary access passes
  • Provide assistance in administrative activities relevant to Facilities Operations
  • Plan and support guest experiences by creating memorable interactions for clients, guests & visitors

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • 1-3+ years proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, facility/property management, business operations
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a varied workload
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management in person and in writing

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
