We are seeking a skilled Night Front Office All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role offers an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in a quieter, night-time environment and enjoy taking on diverse tasks.

This part-time position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, providing flexibility while ensuring a steady workload. Our candidates should have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a true commitment to delivering exceptional service during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming guest interactions, addressing any queries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy even under pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, ensuring seamless operations while most guests rest.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office role within a hotel or resort is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently handle guest queries and requests.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, from guest interactions to financial reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS (Property Management System) is highly regarded; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.

What We Offer:
