Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to craft our content marketing strategy, including the production of promotional copy, website content, social media, blogs, and webinars. The ideal candidate will be a creative marketing professional with a writing background, able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers in a B2B market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy, including topic selection, talent sourcing, positioning, and content creation
  • Collaborate with the design, digital, and category teams to produce high-quality content
  • Create and execute briefs within the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content to ensure it meets our brand's tone and voice
  • Optimize blog content for SEO and Google Analytics
  • Facilitate and produce webinars for our specialized business units
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist
  • Editorial mindset with the ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Videography, photography, or podcast experience highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Marketo and Contentful also highly regarded
