Future You is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation across various sectors, including life sciences and clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative business initiatives to drive growth and expansion.
- Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors with impactful outcomes for all parties.
- Collaborate with the Specialist Service Manager and senior Business Development Manager to enhance value propositions and go-to-market strategies for the life sciences sector.
- Provide internal market feedback to innovate the value proposition and stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct market segmentation and identify trends to inform strategic plans and create new opportunities.
- Implement business development strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and agreed business targets.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Business Development across any sector with a true hunter mentality.
- Proven track record in driving business strategy with experience and passion in B2B sales or business development.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and successfully execute vision and purpose.
- Knowledge of modern business practices, with the ability to develop new growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends and act to sustain market performance.
