The Content Marketing Specialist will craft our content marketing strategy, including the production of promotional copy, email, website content, social media, blogs, and webinars. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers, ideally in a B2B market.
As a content producer, you will work closely with the design, digital, and category teams to brief and execute on creative briefs. Ensuring content is on message, has a consistent tone of voice, and aligns to our overarching brand strategy. This role will become the scribe of Jaybro Group, delivering on a full breadth of copywriting tasks that ultimately position us as a trusted source of information in our key areas of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a content strategy, including topic selection, talent sourcing, positioning, and content surrounding it
- Collaborate with category, design, and digital teams to produce high-quality content
- Create and execute briefs within the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Edit, proofread, and improve content
- Optimize blog content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Facilitate and produce webinars for our specialized business units
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
