The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand and Marketing Strategist to join our senior leadership team as the Head of Brand and Marketing. Reporting to the Executive Director, Consumer Experience & Impact, this key role will drive the execution of our organisation-wide brand and marketing strategy.

  • Lead and manage the execution of the organisation's brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives and elevate the function to the next level.
  • Develop and implement a market analysis to solidify our competitive edge and market positioning.
  • Plan, create, and execute omni-channel marketing and brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Embed our value proposition within the organisation, ensuring all employees, clients, and their families understand and embrace our mission.
  • Foster a culture that is data-driven, values-led, accountable, and customer-centric.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Relevant experience in senior management positions.
  • A proven track record in leading brand and marketing functions, including strategy execution.
  • Experience in delivering campaigns across multiple channels and working with CRM's and digital media.
  • Success in leading initiatives through significant change and/or transformation.
  • While experience in Human Services is valuable, experience in customer-centric and complex operating environments is also welcome.
