We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Account Executive to join our team at Apple Inc. in Sydney/Melbourne. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting the sales of Apple products and services in the retail sector, particularly in the Consumer Electronics (CE) and online retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain broad relationships with key partners, developing a strong understanding and alignment with their respective focus areas, value drivers, and strategic priorities.
- Account Planning: Create and execute account plans to drive achievement of targeted business objectives.
- Channel Performance: Analyze sales data to understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and maintain an effective sales partnership.
- Customer Experience: Drive channel programs to ensure excellent customer experience and partner mindshare.
- Demand Generation: Identify demand generation and promotional opportunities to optimize sales performance and negotiate commercial arrangements.
- Market Analysis: Analyze emerging trends, competitor actions, and partner capabilities to identify new opportunities.
- Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and represent the Apple brand to the highest level.
- Channel Management Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in channel management and retail sales.
- Online Retail Experience: Experience with online retail industry is a plus.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to drive results.
- Communication Skills: Sophisticated communication skills, including English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
