About the Role

As our Executive Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding our skilled team to maintain our bar as a top destination. You'll have the opportunity to create exceptional cocktails, engage with our esteemed guests, and express your creativity in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-end bar or restaurant, showcasing your expertise in premium service.
  • A deep understanding of spirits and classic cocktails is essential. You should be able to craft and innovate drinks that align with our brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be the face of our bar, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
  • A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team, driving them to deliver consistent quality and service excellence.
