The Opportunity:

Territory Managers are the powerhouse of any FMCG business. You will have a solid understanding of our business, products and what our customers need from us to grow their business.

As Regional Territory Manager, you'll generate revenue through product availability and visibility. Your primary focus is to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range through existing customer base and pursue new business opportunities.

This role involves some overnight travel to reach regional customers. You will be based in Canberra.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, promoting our product range, working with Distributor Partners and engaging customers. You must be able to work autonomously, communicate effectively and build relationships.

Key skills include being results driven, self-motivated and having excellent communication and relationship building skills. A customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset is essential, as well as an ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

You should be comfortable interpreting sales data and have a full driver's license for long-distance driving. Regular overnight travel may be required for regional customer visits.
