Director of Food and Beverage Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations to lead our culinary team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hotel's leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Summary

The Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations will oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas of opportunity and make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
