The Opportunity


In this critical role, you will report directly to the National Business Manager – Distributors & Leisure and focus on delivering the Suntory Foodservice strategy. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales and profitability, securing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and implementing strategic plans to achieve our vision.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Foodservice customers and industry bodies.
  • Negotiate trading terms to achieve targets and ensure optimal revenue growth.
  • Evaluate competitor activities to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the strategic plan for Foodservice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accurate sales forecasts and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure favourable trading terms for Suntory and expand brand presence through national customer engagement.
  • Achieve net sales, profit, and other business targets while working collaboratively to meet channel objectives.
  • Optimise customer investments for financial outcomes and implement promotional strategies with the Revenue Growth Team.
  • Co-create long-term business plans with key partners and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Nurture relationships to identify areas for improvement and drive sales initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table


We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in National Account Management, ideally in Foodservice and QSR. Key requirements include strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and analytical mindset, as well as proficiency in CRM software, MS Suite, and sales analytics tools.
