As a strategic growth driver, you will play a pivotal role in advancing customer relationships and driving commercial expansion. You will be responsible for owning the renewal cycle, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Additionally, you will serve as a commercial lead, fostering strong relationships with customers to drive engagement and retention through trust and advocacy. You will leverage deep understanding of customer objectives to position our value in renewal conversations.
Furthermore, you will identify opportunities for growth and upsell within the customer base, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling proposals. Your data-driven mindset and ability to tell compelling stories using insights and ROI analysis will drive accountability and performance.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are seeking an individual with experience in customer-facing, revenue-responsible roles (e.g., Account Manager, Customer Success Manager). The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to manage and close renewals, achieving retention targets.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating with senior stakeholders are essential. Additionally, excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization are required.
