
Commercial Expansion Manager

This role involves leading a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients
- Preparing tailored sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate value
- Representing the company at industry events and forums to grow brand presence and networks
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the data entry and customer service team
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and maintaining up-to-date procedures
- Monitoring sales performance, registration trends, and customer analytics
- Managing budgets, supplier relationships, invoicing, and licence renewals
- Providing timely support to internal stakeholders and resolving escalated customer issues
You will be commercially astute with strong operational and team leadership experience. You should thrive on identifying opportunities, creating meaningful partnerships, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the animal services, tech or not-for-profit sectors
- A strong customer service ethos with the ability to resolve issues and influence stakeholders
- Experience in data analysis with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools
- Experience in managing teams and operations to achieve targets and outcomes
