We are looking for dynamic and eager Injury Management Administrator to join our team and support the management of workplace injuries and claims. You will be responsible for managing workers compensation payment processes to ensure all benefits are paid to injured employees and recovered within the prescribed legislative timeframes. We have a hybrid working environment where you will be working from our Blackburn office, as well as from home. This opportunity is permanent, part time (4 days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the calculation of workers' compensation entitlements on initiation of all new claims submitted, ensuring timely and accurate assessments.
- Ensure weekly payroll files for all Workers' Compensation claims are processed on time, including Top-Up payments and rate step-downs, in collaboration with insurers and claims agents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide administrative support for smooth claims management.
- Reconcile all workers' compensation payments accurately, while working closely with the Finance team to minimize outstanding reimbursements.

ABOUT YOU
- Recent graduate with an interest in injury management, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong technical knowledge of workers compensation entitlements in each jurisdiction.
- Claims agent/insurer experience (desirable).
