Strategic Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to drive business growth and development through strategic relationships with key customers. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing customer portfolios, resolving issues, and forecasting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolios, ensuring a solid understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Serve as the primary escalation conduit, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze and understand customer requirements, including installation bases, to inform business decisions.
- Drive the implementation of new technologies and innovations that align with FLSmidth's ESG agenda.
- Negotiate performance-based contracts and manage ongoing contract terms, conditions, and performance.
- Provide SQDC performance analytics, reporting, and improvement for contracted items across assigned customer portfolios.
- Lead pricing reviews, analytics, forecasts, and rolling 3-month updates to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
- Manage the 180-day forecasting process for contracted items, securing sign-off from assigned customer portfolios and central procurement.
- Oversight and management of the rolling 30-day order placement and execution activities.
- Prepare and present monthly reporting SLAs, both face-to-face and online.
- Facilitate capital and one-off proposal and estimate services on behalf of FLSmidth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Recent experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-centric attitude and ability to interpret commercial contract terms and conditions.
- Able to negotiate tactics and planning, with experience in customer-facing order handling, procurement, or supply chain execution roles in the resources sector.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles, with sound knowledge of Trade Practice Law and requirements.
- Able to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
- A competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
