Strategic Customer Relationship Manager

About the RoleAs a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development by focusing on retention and strengthening a portfolio of strategic customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:- Customer Portfolio Management: Develop a solid and trusting relationship between assigned customer portfolios and our company.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation conduit, responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Comprehensive Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned customer portfolio requirements.
- ESG Agenda: Drive our ESG agenda with a focus on new technologies.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate performance-based contracts and maintain ongoing contract terms, conditions, and performance.
- SQDC Performance Analytics: Conduct SQDC performance analytics, reporting, and improvement for contracted items for assigned customer portfolios.
- Pricing Review and Forecasting: Conduct pricing review, analytics, forecast, and rolling 3-month updates.
- Forecasting Process: Lead the 180-day forecasting process for contracted items, gaining sign-off from assigned customer portfolios with central procurement.
- Order Placement and Execution: Oversee and manage the rolling 30-day order placement and execution activities.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present monthly reporting SLAs, both face-to-face and online.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Warranty and Service Support: Review and facilitate the resolution of warranty and service support, where required.
- Experience: Recent experience as a Contracts Manager.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in stakeholder engagement with a strong customer service attitude.
- Commercial Contract Terms: Ability to interpret and comprehend commercial contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiation Tactics: Strong ability to negotiate tactics and planning.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in a customer-facing order handling, procurement, or supply chain execution role in the resources sector.
- Supply Chain Processes: Good understanding of supply chain processes and principles.
- Trade Practice Law: Sound understanding of trade practice law and requirements, as required.
- Influencing Stakeholders: Ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Data: Ability to interpret and comprehend basic financial data.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle conflicts and manage dispute resolution.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Organization Skills: Good organization skills that deliver effective planning and housekeeping standards.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Strong multitasking and time management skills.
