Sales Relationship Manager

NHP Electrical Engineering Products is seeking a highly skilled Sales Relationship Manager to join our Sales team. As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing customer relationships through outbound calling, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and understanding their needs and pain points.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
• Develop strategic account plans and maps to effectively manage key accounts and drive business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients and address their queries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve budget and grow the business by leveraging your expertise and network.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
Requirements
• A dynamic and adaptive person who is passionate about sales and has the willingness and capability to learn and grow with the company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A personable and 'go with the flow' attitude who genuinely enjoys working with a range of different customers across the phone.
