About the Role

We're scaling our team with a partner-centric and commercially minded associate who will take ownership of frontline partner recruitment efforts. This associate will assume responsibility for managing partner acquisition processes and assist in integrating new channel partners as we expand and develop our partner network, positioning us as a top-tier choice in an increasingly competitive market.

As a Channel Development Associate at Vanta, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and closed/won ARR from new partners. You will conduct cold outreach to potential, inactive, and dormant partners and follow up on warm partner prospects to pitch our MSP offering.

You will master the process of identifying partner prospects using tools like Salesforce, Cognism, LinkedIn, and more. Be structured and predictable in your multi-channel outreach approach, using tools like Outreach to aid your workflow. Collaborate with teams to make yourself more effective in your role.

Work alongside sales teams - AEs and Sales Leadership - to co-sell effectively with new partners. Have a strong understanding of our value proposition and product. Efficiently and gracefully counter prospective partner objections, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role. Help us design and manage our current Channel Recruitment Engine. Be a self-starter who enjoys creating process and procedures for a scaling business.

Be highly empathetic to prospects as a strong brand representative. Have stellar problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up.
