Drive Strategic Growth as a Channel Growth Leader

About the Role:

We seek an experienced leader to spearhead our indirect channel network, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. As a Channel Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing regional strategies to optimize indirect channel performance, ensure alignment with global standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Selecting, onboarding, and managing country and indirect channel partners, including legacy, new ventures, medical, and future acquisitions.
  • Facilitating and participating in regional and country leadership meetings to drive adoption of global practices and ensure leadership team alignment.
  • Managing end-to-end indirect channel processes to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and effective execution.
  • Leading education and training initiatives for business leaders and key stakeholders to promote best practices and robust compliance.
  • Driving performance growth by monitoring channel partner results, implementing rigorous governance, and optimizing profitability.
  • Resolving escalated issues from country and regional leaders, ensuring effective communication, risk mitigation, and clear documentation.
  • Supporting strategic planning with local managing directors and franchise leads to define go-to-market and channel strategies.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional commercial experience in commercial leadership, sales channel management, finance, compliance, logistics management, or market access.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field; Experience managing direct reports in a matrixed or global organization; Additional language proficiency relevant to the region.
