Job Title: Channel Partner Growth Specialist

The role of the Channel Partner Growth Specialist is a critical one, requiring a unique blend of skills and expertise.

  • Identify and recruit new partners aligned with our go-to-market strategy, developing and executing plans to increase partner-driven leads and revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to build long-term, trusted relationships with partners, delivering engaging training programs and resources that help them understand our platform and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:Partner Engagement & Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement and growth, including regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create enablement materials, such as sales guides, playbooks, and technical collateral.
Product Demonstrations & Sales Support
  • Run product demos for partners and their customers, providing responsive support to address sales or technical queries from partners.
  • Help partners refine their own demo and sales capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote our solution.
Joint Marketing & Collaboration
  • Align closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner strategies support company goals.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and events.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
  • Track key performance indicators on partner performance, training impact, and lead generation.
  • Measure success based on the ability to generate qualified leads through partner activity, increase partner-sourced pipeline, and accelerate time-to-revenue via enablement and co-marketing.
