Job Title: Sales and Market Expansion Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Market Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing sales and marketing assistance to achieve our overall sales targets. This includes researching new market opportunities, cultivating growth opportunities, and expanding existing markets.

You will also provide sales training and market briefs to channel agents and retail sales consultants, give presentations on market research and project information during sales events, and create business development strategies to grow sales in various countries.

In addition, you will maximize and nurture relationships between channel agents, project partners, and project consultants, retain and grow the network of channel agents, and revisit existing channel partners to renew relations where necessary.

You will also assist with implementation and maintenance of our CRM System with relevant reporting details accurately managed.

Finally, you will maintain a high level of professionalism and care to improve branding awareness and ensure branding consistency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' prior industry-related business development experience
  • Substantial experience in the property industry, ideally with a developer working with medium to high-density apartment projects
  • Expert knowledge of our product, the general market, and competitors
  • Acute attention to detail with strong computer skills and proficient knowledge of various software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
  • Sound knowledge of the property development industry and salesforce experience would be an advantage
