Job Title: Youth Services Manager

We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Youth Services Manager to lead the delivery of youth and young adult programs and services across the Northern Territory.

About The Role

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires intrastate/territory travel, with potential for interstate travel and some after-hours work. The successful candidate will contribute to the review and consolidation of Youth services within NT, contribute to the planning and lead the implementation of national frameworks and practice within the region, and confirm active support for local mission delivery model in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational management of all Youth services within the region
  • Maintain service delivery aligns to all aspects of the Youth Services Model of Care
  • Build and lead a team of social service professionals to deliver services within the region, with a positive team culture that demonstrates the TSA values and mission
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development, or related field and relevant experience, including senior management experience
  • High level understanding of contemporary youth work practices
  • Experience in active membership in community or government bodies within the sector
  • Relevant state Working with Children Check is required
