- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in employment services, social services, or youth work.
- Proven experience in case management, assessment, and support planning.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Full driver's license and willingness to travel.
