About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Darwin, leading a team of clinicians who support young people with varying mental health and psycho-social challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the team
  • Undertake clinical service provision to a complex client case load
  • Oversee the referral processes in and out of the service
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (MH), or Occupational Therapy (MH)
  • Accreditation with AASW, AHPRA, or ACA
  • Demonstrated experience in evidence-based therapy, particularly with Psychosis
  • Knowledge in a range of different therapeutic therapies
  • Passion for Youth Mental Health
