Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Darwin, providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians supporting young people with mental health challenges.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the team, as well as undertaking clinical service provision to a complex client case load. You will oversee the referral processes in and out of the service and contribute to a positive team culture and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (MH), or Occupational Therapy (MH)
- Accreditation with AASW, AHPRA, or ACA
- Demonstrated experience in evidence-based therapy, particularly with psychosis
- Knowledge in a range of different therapeutic therapies
- Passion for Youth Mental Health
