Senior Event Operations Manager

About the RoleThe Director of Event Operations will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day direction of the Event Operations team.
This is a rewarding role that requires a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and extensive management experience in events operations in a large hotel or venue.
Key responsibilities include managing high-pressure situations, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring perfection for guests and clients at all stages of their event.
We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, access to health and wellness benefits, discounted city car parking, and complimentary accommodation at Hyatt properties worldwide.
