About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team at EBR as a Senior Account Executive. The chosen candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and establishing their understanding of our company's offerings, capabilities, and values.

The successful candidate will develop both the volume and gross margin of our managed IT/AV services and IT/AV integration businesses. Initially, they will focus on the financial services and boutique high-end retail industries, with opportunities to expand into other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on new leads through various channels, including tele-marketing and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations to showcase our solutions.
  • Close sales opportunities that arise from assigned clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage account receivables and achieve key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Clear English communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with technology solutions in financial clients.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and issue escalation.
  • Able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.

Estimated Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
