This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing retail environment.The Ideal Candidate:- Must provide exceptional customer service experiences consistently- Strive to overachieve sales budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales- Develop and maintain key relationships with luxury consumers while building a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) network- Serve as brand ambassadors, demonstrating passion for the Mulberry brand in all aspects of their role- Ensure visual merchandising standards meet company requirements, reflecting the brand's image- Maintain high housekeeping standards
