Job Overview:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Bid Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our divisions in their bid management and sales delivery opportunities.

You will partner with different business units to formulate winning sales strategies for each presented opportunity and draft compelling proposals.

As a Senior Bid Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses through all stages of the bid process.
  • Producing professionally written proposal content that effectively articulates our value proposition and win themes.
  • Managing and updating our bid collateral library as necessary.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to gain a better understanding of proposed tenders and determine whether to provide a submission.
  • Ensuring win themes are articulated to meet or exceed client requirements.
  • Interface, liaise, and support our Project Team with bids/proposals.
  • Developing high-quality responses to favourable tenders, managing relevant teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing the submission process of response documents to prospective customers.
  • Seeking detailed feedback on wins and losses to shape future decisions surrounding bid/no bid and responses.

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years' experience in a similar position, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a passion for writing, meticulous proof-reading skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to multi-task and solve issues with competing priorities.
