### Job Overview

At IPAR, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Occupational Rehabilitation sector, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with workplace injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities for workers with workplace injuries or health conditions
* Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees
* Provide case management services, including caseload management and support from Rehabilitation Assistants
* Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to work outcomes
* Complete various assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, and address psychosocial barriers to employment

### Qualifications and Experience

* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work
* Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA or membership with AASW
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassion, kindness, and empathy
* Strong time management and organizational skills
