Key Role Summary

This is a leadership position responsible for developing and implementing commercial sales strategies.

About the Job

The Commercial Implementation Lead will work closely with Store Operations and Commercial teams to create and maintain strategies focused on enhancing commercial sales while retaining Trade / PowerPass customers.

This role involves coaching and developing team members, reducing in-store tasks, and analysing data to drive performance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence key stakeholders, translate and execute national commercial strategy, and shape the future of Trade Specialists and Commercial Coordinators.

This role supports the National Commercial Manager – Stores in implementing strategies to enhance sales and retention, align in-store commercial initiatives, and boost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather insights.
  • Keep teams informed of critical timelines, required actions, and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues, removing roadblocks in collaboration with the National Commercial Manager – Stores.
  • Act as a conduit between the in-store Commercial team and broader support functions.
  • Manage ongoing strategy administration requirements.
  • Assist in developing and presenting strategic plans.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
