Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation and long-cycle sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with procurement teams, decision-makers, and distributors to increase sales and revenue.
  • LEAD NATIONAL SALES EFFORTS ACROSS DIRECT AND DISTRIBUTOR CHANNELS to drive business growth.

A successful National Sales Strategist will have:

  • Proven B2B sales experience through distributor networks or directly to sectors like education, hospitality, healthcare, law enforcement, and mining.
  • A strong understanding of distributor networks and solution-based selling.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • The ability to guide team members towards shared goals and manage a national portfolio with autonomy.
